And finally i'm back online. Like imran said, i think i spend more quality time with myself without the net. Doing more 'rewarding' activities like reading. MY WORD! Reading and Ghani just doesnt go hand in hand, but it did. Carrying a lil red book with the word STEPHEN KING in bold white letter did make me feel and look a lil more intellectual. LOL. Oh and reading on buses and trains because I got so immersed in the book. I just completed Carrie by Stephen King. After a long time on hiatus - from reading. Which is a good thing I would say. And the book is pretty immersing. About this Carrie White girl, with an extremist Christian mum that I'd kill if I was her. That bitch. Terbawak-bawak nampak. ngahahaa!
Today, I met love at Al-Azhar in Bukit Timah. Hanging around with her filming crew and coursemates. Apparently it made her day, so of course, I'm happy. And for that split second that I "dropped your heart" , its just..instinctive. naughty boy instinct. and it was heaven. :)
It was 1am when I finally bid good bye to her at her doorsteps. She gave me 8 bucks to take a cab, but I felt like walking. So like a true infantry conscript, I route marched back home. Trying a few short cuts here and there, breathing the chilly midnight air and taking a closer look at things that I usually whizz by while on the bus or cab. Things like red ants marching in a straight line and how they fell from the barricade when I blew at them and they didnt get hurt because they are so light, gravity doesnt take its toll on them . No b, I didnt eat them for late supper. Even as a kid, though i love eating black ants, I'd give the red ones a pass. haha!
Honestly, I'm a lil exhausted from the walk but i sure had fun today. Getting my internet up and running, having a great night with love and spending 45 minutes walking with my shadow and blowing red ants off the barricade so they can earn the "Airborne" badge like the commandos do.
Its been a beautiful day. I hope its the same for you too. : D
